Pick-up Order Policy: Arrangements under $75 will come as a hand-held bouquet. Pick-up orders are available by phone or through our online store. Sorry, no same-day pick-ups through our online store. Any order placed for the day-of will be ready for pick-up the following business day. You will receive an email notification when your online order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up. Pick-ups are available during store hours only. For special requests or same-day pick-up, please call the shop at 718-638-0918.

Delivery Order Policy: Delivery orders are available by phone or through our online store. Sorry, no same-day deliveries through our online store. All delivery orders will be confirmed with the recipient. A Zuzu will coordinate a delivery window with the recipient for drop-off at their convenience. If the recipient is unavailable or unable to be contacted during their scheduled delivery window, the arrangement will be placed in the safest location at the residence. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen orders. We cannot accommodate surprise deliveries. For special requests or same-day delivery, please call the shop at 718-638-0918.


Return Policy: If there is a problem with any fresh-cut flowers or plants purchased, please let us know within 48 hours. Contact us via email and include a photo of the offending purchase; store credit or replacement is our policy.
